He wrote more than 10 books, for example, in 1993 he wrote a book “Personální management” (in English: Personnel Management), published by Grada Publishing, Praque, 336 p., ISBN 80-854-92-4. In 2008 he wrote monograph “Management současný a budoucí” (in English: Management Present and Future), published by Professional Publishing, Prague, 186 p., ISBN 978-80-86946-67-2. In 2010, he wrote monograph “Management podniku světové třídy” (in English: Management of World Class Enterprise), published by Professional Publishing, Prague.

He is an author of more than 50 papers in many journals (Publishing Economia, Wolters Kluver, etc.). He is the recognized lector and trainer in the area of trends and development of management, strategy of organization management, knowledge capital, and human resource, etc., whereupon these trainings were realized for great Czech and over-national enterprises and societies.

In 2000, dr. Jiří Stýblo was awarded a Prize of Year in the field of Management Development, in category of foreign managerial personages in Slovak Republic. His profile is regularly published in publication “Who is Who in Czech Republic” where more than 1.000 the most important personages from the economy and public life have been listed.
