  • Head coordinator „The Cranfield Projekt on European Human Resource Management“ (Since 2000), long-term research project in cooperation with foreign universities.
  • Chief-solver of the VEGA scientific project „Creation of human resources management system as a basic precondition of increase in prosperity and competitiveness of Slovak companies” (1998-2001), granted by Ministry of Education of Slovak Republic.
  • Chief-solver of the VEGA scientific project No. 1/90033/02 „Effective implementation of key functions of human resources management system – significant precondition of prosperity of Slovak companies” (2002 – 2004), granted by Ministry of Education of Slovak Republic.
  • Chief-solver of the VEGA scientific project No. 1/2584/05 „Development of human resources management in organisations in Slovakia in relation to latest European trends” (2005-2007), granted by Ministry of Education of Slovak Republic.
  • Chief-solver of the KEGA scientific project No. 3/6515/08 „Personnel Management“ – student course book VŠEMVS (2008), granted by Ministry of Education of Slovak Republic.
