Scientific activities and results:

In 2013 together with Prof. Birgitte Grogaard and Prof. Odd Nordhaug published “International Management” published by Edward Elgar.

He has published articles in many leading journals including, Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of Management Studies, Journal of International Business Studies, Strategic Management Journal, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Human Relations, Human Resource Management, and European Journal of Industrial Relations.

In addition to being a longstanding member of the comparative HRM Cranet-network he is a member of the INTREPID network. He actively participates in international conferences including the Academy of Management Annual Conference and the European International Business Academy (EIBA) Annual Conference.

He is an occasional reviewer for: Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Journal of International Management, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management Studies, Management International Review and Human Relations.
