Work experience:
From the start of her Professional careers acts in the area of human resources (HR).
After graduating from the university, she started working for the company
Chemolak Smolenice inc.
Since 2001 she has been working in the area of
cars for a German multinational company ZF in the company ZF BOGE Elastmetall
Slovakia inc. in Trnava.
The exception was the year 2004, when she worked
for the company PCA Peugeot Citroen Slovakia. She worked gradually in
several positions of specialists, whit agenda of education, employment
relations,up to the position of HR Generalist.
Since 2006 she has been
working as a HR manager and a procurator of company. At restorage of German
enterprise to Trnava she was acting in complex restructuring of whole company.
Within operating of concern ZF in Slovakia, she was responsible for recruitment
of start up team in subsidiaries of ZF in Levice. She is currently charged
with building shared service in area of HR, for all five enterprises of
ZF company in Slovakia. She emphasises on correct partnership in her praxis,
open communication and professionalism.
During her work history gained experience primarily in the following areas:
Change management – change development and implementation of the new structure in the company.
Crisis management – definition and successful implementation of measures in praxis during 2008 and 2009.
Company strategy – definition and implementation of aims for each level of management.
Development programs – design and implementation of programs for all levels of employees.
Management development programs – suggestions and co-operation in the implementation
of management training for all levels.
Motivation of employees – realization of researches satisfaction of employees
in close contact with the parent company in Germany.
Idea management – reboot and management of innovatory system.
Project management – identification and participation in the implementation
of project management to the original linear structure.
Setting and optimization of the remuneration and premium system.
