Peer Review Process 
All submitted papers are reviewed at least by three independent reviewers. 
The Editorial board meets the principle that at least one reviewer should 
be from a university different from the paper´s author’s university and 
two reviewers should be even from a different country.
The reviewers try to be as objective and impartial as possible. When reviewing 
the papers they focus on its scientific value and contribution to the development 
of the current knowledge first of all, on the originality of the presented/suggested 
solutions, on the correctness of the applied scientific procedures 
and methods and many other aspects. They are commonly presented in the 
Review Form.
The formal aspect of the papers is assessed by the Editorial board. All 
formal requirements are presented in the section 
Instructions to Authors.
The Editorial board shall add or explain the requirements to every concerned 
person upon the request.
The executive editor and other members of the Editorial board provide the 
communication with the reviewers, they inform the authors on the results 
of the review process (no later than  by 2 months after the delivery of 
the papers to the editorial office of the journal) and, if necessary, to 
complete the papers or to make any necessary adjustments according to the 
reviewers´ requirements; they also provide the communication with the papers´ author.
